Radnor Hills has 30 years of experience in creating high-quality mineral water in a variety of packaging sizes and is dedicated to new and sustainable options.
Radnor Hills started out when William Watkins, now Managing Director, returned from University and decided to diversify part of his family farming business into a mineral water company. He started packing cuplets of water for the airline industry and for two years he sold from the back of his car. 30 years on, Radnor Hills now has nine manufacturing lines and produces millions of litres of product every year. Based in the beautiful countryside of Powys, Wales, Radnor Hills hopes that their products give you a little taste of the passion and quality the family put into producing the range.
Dedicated to the environment
At Radnor Hills, they are passionate about producing great soft drinks while also protecting the environment. One example of this is their dedication to being a ‘zero to landfill’ manufacturing site. In 2019 they were awarded the ‘Sustainable and Ethical manufacturer award 2019’ at the Powys Business Awards.
Radnor Hills produces every industry format at their manufacturing site in Wales, including recycled plastic, cans, Tetra Pak juice & water and also glass. They are the only producers in Europe with the ability to produce a 125ml Tetra Pak in pure juice that has been specifically developed for the travel industry.
Working with customers for a sustainable future
Radnor Hills prides itself on the ability to constantly develop new products in response to the sustainability targets of their customers who are also aiming to reduce the use of plastic onboard. The Tetra Pak 250ml still water is one example of this innovation. The 250ml Tetra Pak product is a rip top drink, so there is no need for a plastic straw and is designed to fit perfectly in trolleys, on trays or in boxes.
