New flavours & fresh innovations: WTCE unveils exciting line-up of first-time food and drink exhibitors for 2025

World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE), the leading global event for in-flight catering, onboard services, and passenger comfort, is excited to announce a stellar lineup of new food and drink exhibitors set to showcase their innovative products at this year’s show. These fresh faces bring a range of premium offerings that will elevate the passenger experience, making it a must-attend event for airlines and service providers across the globe.

Among the exciting new food and drink brands joining the WTCE this year are:

Philip’s Biscuits (stand 1B106)- Renowned for its artisanal, handcrafted biscuits made with real butter, Philip’s Biscuits offers a range of premium products perfect for onboard service. Nairn’s Oatcakes (stand 1A112) – A UK favourite, Nairn’s will highlight its best-selling range of sweet and savoury oatcakes, now available in convenient foodservice formats ideal for inflight snacking. Joe & Seph’s Gourmet Popcorn (stand 1C102) – With over 50 unique flavours including salted caramel and goat’s cheese, Joe & Seph’s is revolutionising the popcorn market. This year, MMI is bringing esteemed representatives from EPC Champagne, M. Chapoutier, and Journey’s End wines to the show for exclusive tastings.

Whittard of Chelsea (stand 1A115) – With over 40 stores in the UK and a global presence, Whittard of Chelsea is famous for its luxurious tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. Clipper Teas (stand 1G101) – The UK’s first Fairtrade tea company, Clipper is committed to providing organic, fair and delicious hot beverages. Alongside its  well-known tea offerings, Clipper also features gluten-free and vegan snacking products, making it an ideal partner for onboard service.

Ivan’s Finest Pies & Pastries (stand 1G95) – Offering a vibrant selection of hot handheld pies and pastries, Ivan’s products are perfect for inflight meals.
