Iberia’s Director of Customer Experience, Melanie Berry, and Riyadh Air’s Inflight Experience representative, Louise Leaupepe, have been announced as the latest additions to the expert panellists fronting the Taste of Travel programme during World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE) 2024. The Taste of Travel Theatre is produced in association with Onboard Hospitality and sponsored by En Route this year, promising to be a hub for educational panel discussions, live cooking demonstrations and tasting opportunities.
On Tuesday 28th May, panellists will delve into the impact of AI on all aspects of the airline industry and debate if it’s a positive catalyst for change. Iberia is the latest to join this lunchtime panel, alongside keynote speaker Max Pillong, Director of AI & Data Analytics, Lufthansa Industry Solutions and moderator Lance Hayward, Managing Director and Founder of The Hayward Partnership.
On Wednesday 29th May, moderators Simon Soni, Advisor and Interim Leader, Simon Soni Experience Management and Anne De Hauw, Founder, IN Air Travel Experience are set to spark conversation on the importance of understanding evolving customer behaviour, navigating the competitive landscape, and driving change and innovation in a dynamic environment. Guest experience management experts Amy James, Director of Cabin Crew and Interim Director of Onboard Experience, British Airways, and Louise Leaupepe, Riyadh Air, will share their insights on upholding excellence in service.
The WTCE Taste of Travel Theatre is located in Hall A1 at the Hamburg Messe from May 28-30 2024 and is free of charge to all visitors and exhibitors when you register in advance.
